Well yesterday finally restarted my so called exercise. Cycling. Needed to go and put some air in the back tyre. That reminds me to change the tube on that back tyre. The new bicycle seat was excellent. Hope no one will steal the bicycle because of it.

Did two rounds of the field. More today. Then I notice two ladies feeding the stray dogs in the park. About 4 - 5 dogs. Bless them for doing this.
